Jewelry Quality & Care
How do I care for my jewelry?
We recommend avoiding water, especially salt water and chlorinated water while wearing your jewelry and avoid direct contact with perfume, lotion, sunscreen--the best practice is to apply before putting on your jewelry. Remove before sleeping or working out. Each piece comes with a storage pouch for safekeeping and a cloth for removing buildup when needed. The better you care for your pieces, the longer they will last!
What are the chains & charms made of?
Our chains are made from 18K Gold PVD Stainless making them hypoallergenic.
Our charms are a variety of 18K Gold PVD, Gold Fill, Brass, Ceramic, Glass, and Natural Materials.
Shipping & Returns
How long will it take to receive my order?
Since these are custom pieces that are made to order, please allow 5-7 days for your item to be created before it is shipped. Once your order has shipped, it can take 3-7 days to arrive depending on the carrier.
What is your return policy?
Since all pieces are custom made, all sales are final.
REPAIRS & WARRANTY
Do you offer repairs or replacements?
Complimentary repairs and replacements will be honored within 1 year of purchase. Please keep in mind our jewelry care instructions as we will not be able to offer a repair/replacement if the damage was caused from neglect. Please email us the following information: your name, order number, description of issue, and photo(s).
